Need help getting Halo Infinite to launch - Crashing on startup

So I installed Halo Infinite on my PC for the first time about a week ago, but have not yet been able to get the game to launch properly. It will start up, freeze at the initial black loading screen and then crash. I've tried numerous fixes listed online, but noting seems to solve the issue.

I've tried:

- Repairing and reinstalling Gaming Services

- Repairing and reinstalling the Xbox application

- Reinstalling Halo Infinite

- Updating my graphics driver

- Running the game as administrator

- Verifying the install of the game files

- Confirming the installation of the campaign

- Optimizing the game settings through Nvidia GeForce Experience

- Moving the game files from my HDD to my SSD.

- Disabling firewall/antivirus

This is doing my head in, as I don't see any reason why the game should be crashing like this. I shouldn't have any issues with system requirements, and the PC is brand new with no other applications installed that could be clashing with it.

Specs for reference:

- Nvidia RTX 3060

- i7-12700k

- 16gb RAM

Unfortunately, I've already tried the above fixes with zero luck thus far.

That's what's got me stumped. Nothing I've read online seems to work.

Furthermore, if I launch the game with performance monitoring open, I can see that my CPU and GPU usage are completely maxed out upon starting up the game. This doesn't make sense to me as my PC specs well and truly exceed the recommended requirements for the game.

I am unsure what else to try, as all other games seem to launch and run perfectly on this PC. Halo Infinite is the only one that does not.
