I'm pretty sure 343i will release them for everyone in the following months. Just be patient.

I actually have codes I won't be using since I pre-ordered the game, but traded it in a long time ago. You can't have them, though.

Unfortunately you will have to wait until 343i and/or Microsoft decides to release them on the marketplace. Or I would suggest going to Ebay and looking them up. I've seen them sell for $5-$15. The only ways to have received those code were by buying the
Limited Edition of the game or playing in the first week when 343i decided to give them away.
