    need help getting back on the XBOX AMBASSADORS program


    Back in january i was suspended do to "spam". but did not know it was due to spam when appealing it to xbox enforcement (thought it was due to a disgruntled gamer who i beat in an online tournament I was hosting). It wasnt until after I appealed it that the enforcement team told me it was due to "SPAM". The "spam" message was a misunderstanding. I was sending a message thru the mobile app, when it bugged out and sent it like 5 or 6 times. If I knew it was due to that, I would have been able to properly appeal it and 100% sure the enforcement team wouldve understood the misunderstanding.

    Just want to be able to get back on the Ambassador program. I was a level 3 ambassador and enjoyed that aspect of xbox live very much.

    Unfortunate. So there is no way to overturn the enforcement action with Xbox support and after helping me getting added back into the ambassador program?

    Well that's the problem they gave me a
    brief reason why and I don't understand it. I need it to be elaborated. If its from something I think it is why did they remove me for doing something that is right, that's my question. Also is there a way to file a appeal or something to gat back in.

    Are you still having this issue? Are you able to see the report a bug link on the ambassadors page?
