Need help getting a shipping label for my controller under warranty.

6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

Shipping labels are what you need to send anything unless you plan on paying for the shipping

shipping labels allow the company to give you the ability to return anything

thats from the ms store however there is an more immediate solution contact the publisher and ask for a disk replacement under the 90day disk warranty

If it's still under warranty you should fill out the form
here, then print the label and ship it off. It's a pretty easy process.

You would have to set it up for a repair and they would send you a label for shipping. If it's still under warranty, you can set it up online. Thank you for reaching out to the forums, unfortunately for Standard Xbox One controllers you will not receive a shipping label.

A shipping label is only sent out when you set up a repair for:

• Xbox One console within 1 year warranty
• Xbox One Elite controller within 90 days warranty
• Xbox One Design Labs controller within 120 days warranty.

In this case you will have to pay for the shipping on your side through any shipping company that is available to you.
