Need help fully deleting account

There is a updated process with MS. If you contact phone support, you can request the account be deleted. They need to fully verify the account first.

After, you would still want to delete it off your console, however.

It is not possible to fully delete an account.

Actually, you can get your account permentatly deleted now. Microsoft, in order to comply with privacy laws, has to respond to requests for personal data deletion.

It's not possible to fully delete a profile, unfortunately. If you wanted to keep the name on your other account, you would need to change this account to another Gamertag in order to free it up for your new account.
