Hey.

I've bought a new game earlier in the day. After this, and a few hours of download I had a problem with this new game.

So I decided to delete it and re-install it after. I bought it on the market place from official xbox website (microsoft etc).

Since I've re-installed it, my main profile got deleted and I can't download it anymore from internet.

So I lost everything.

Please help me get my profile back and my new game also (wich was diablo 3 reaper of soul extension) .

Help me find an answer, the support is sooooooooooo hard to reach ....

Make sure that you are signed into the account that you purchased the game on. If you are having problems with your xbox profile try a hard restart of the xbox, turn it off, unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on. See if your profile
comes up and the game with it.

i need help my xbox has got the RED RING, n i have no intentions of buying a new xbox. so i will be needing to STOP ALL membership and delete the account. are these phone numbers valid for USA ? if not can you post legit Numbers so i can call for assistance.
my bank is trying to make me cancle n get a whole new credit card. would be much easier if i can just stop all payment transactions n if it can be done just delete my xbox live account in general. PLEASE HELP ME.
