Need help from enforcement team with my main account

Hi there can you please explain to me why my main account has a ban on it for 100days when I'm already serving a ban...it says I have sent a message with my main account but please explain this how can I send a message from a banned account makes no sense....xbox
really needs to start investigating thinks instead of taking people's word for it I have done nothing wrong this is a joke

My account has been banned until the 30th of october and i need to speak with someone from the enforcement team. Please help

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

It means the enforcement team found more violations of the code of conduct from your account that would have occurred before the first suspension took place.

All reports are investigated and as such take time.

That is because of the freedom of choice is on you

It is not against the rules to use your personal name

You will have to pay for a name change

prideloss, just below that it also states: Use discretion when deciding to share your name and location in your profile and when recording or sharing content you create. If you wish to share any other personal information with another player, please do so
by a non-public method.

So it is not a violation to share your name, it's just not recommended.

Ok thanks for the info. I tried to post to their forum but it didn't seem to work. Figured I'd try a public forum. Don't know why customer service rep told me to seek help in the forum rather than just helping me or simply saying NO.

The enforcement team do not read these forums.

The only time you get a free gamertag change is either when you start your account & change it from a generated tag to a personal one or you are given a random tag for free if you are issued a forced name change because your tag breaks the code of conduct.

While it's recommended that your tag does not contain your name it's not against the rules so you will not get the tag changed for free,you will have to pay to change it.
