need help for xbox

XBOX Microsoft is so big worldwide and getting our money for Membership or buying games, but they cannot accept phone calls for support when we have issue with our sign in account like us, as stated before I wrote to support many times with no responds, we are 65 years old my Husband and me and we both don't have all the IT knowledge we need help with. I must have messed up his XBOX account by trying to go online with the Nintendo Switch I bought him so he can play while in the Hospital but apparently I didn't do it right because I must have set up a new account connected with his XBOX LIFE I didn't know what I did wrong at that time , so when he came home from the Hospital they asked for sign in which we did but it states that his account was at risk and they need to verify and they want to send a Code to the Phone Number we don't have any more for the last 2 years. We wasn't thinking to change to his new Phone number because we forgot and never had this happened to us, so we then completed 5 of these support forms and they all come back not enough or incorrect Information I even wrote with my Maiden name at the time we set up his XBOX account, now mind you this account was done with his first 360 way back then and then just transferred to the ONE and now the S series it has been a long time and we just only wrote down the email account and his Password he has been using forever. Yesterday we removed the account and try to sign back in add new but it still stating the same We Need to verify, we are at our wits and don't know what we or my husband should do, he is very upset now because he has so much money invested in his games he now cannot play anymore LIFE. We hope that one of you guys take the time out and read this and please help us get this resolved. If it helps his Gamertag was or still is TwiningCorgi576- Teddy Lynch.
