Need help for different games

Hello Xbox,

I need a support because I have 2 problems :

- First : I can't make update for games

- Second : I don't know if it's because of bad players who report me for no reason, but I can't play Xbox 360 games online on Xbox One.

An Avoid Me reputation can be raised again, you just need to continue playing games. Playing different games tends to help too.

Hi! Why can't you update your games? Do you receive any error code or message? Try performing a power cycle/hard reset in order to see if that fixes the issue:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

You have to set English as the first option in the Keyboard Languages menu. After this it should show up in English.

How do you set it as the first option? On my screen it shows as the top one and is default.

It seems I have to get to the 'store' interface and scroll to see the Capabilities but now I know that it is simple to see what is offered.

Thank you for the explanation of pricing and DLC - down loadable content or AddOns. I presume this is the same as "in game purchases" too?

The other thing I am confused about is a Game Pass and what that is / how it works. I would really appreciate some insight to that if you have the time and would be so kind as to explain that? When I try to read through Microsoft's documentation it is very focused on buying and seems to presume a great deal of prior knowledge - which I clearly don't have.
