    Need Help Fixing something


    For some reason my account can't send messages. Whenever I try to it says to check my account at support.xbox.com/fix-messaging which I've already done. It tells you to put in your phone number then hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds. It's
    still not working.

    Something needs fixing

    I just finished playing a game where I missed out on a power ball due to the fact that it was covered up by a star. I had chose #1 as a power ball. During the game, the number had been covered up by a star, and when the number one had been called and I looked
    to the side card, and it was lit up as if I had daubed the number, but at the end of the game, on the Power Bingo Card, not only did I not get the power ball, but I had to choose it again. This means that I lost out on the power ball points, but I also lost
    out one points that I paid when I chose the power ball.

    If this is happening to things like this, how many other times do we get jerked around on other things that we don't catch. We can only hope that Microsoft plays fair, but it is obvious that things go wrong. -

    One time I got put on Xbox enforcement for saying “boosting 4k 20 bomb” on apex LIKE WHAT??PLS SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH THAT SENTENCE LIKE HONESTLY THIS XBOX ENFORCEMENT IS SO ANNOYING AND UNFAIR LIKE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

    Do i need to fix something?

    This didn't help anything Xbox "Store and Subscriptions" is still down. Is anyone actually working on a solution? It's been down for 6 days now if not more. Wish they would at least put a notification up on the status page letting people know they are still working on it.

    When I test my network connection this is the message I get.

    "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues.

    Sorry there's a problem on our side. To see which services are affected, check

    the current service status in Settings > Network settings or go to Xbox.com/status

    All other testing is good.

    Any idea when this might be back up?

    At the moment, there is just an outage reported, and it's associated with completing game pass quests.

    Could you try performing a power cycle in your console before checking the network section one more time?

    “Turn off the console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will be turned off.

    Turn on the console again by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on the controller.

    If you do not see the green startup animation when the console is restarted, repeat these steps.

    Be sure to hold down the power button until the console is completely turned off.

    Important: If the console is in sleep mode, the steps above will turn off the console completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on the console by saying “Xbox on”, will not be activated until you restart the console.”
