Need help fixing a frozen download on Fortnite

My fortnite required an update, the update wouldn’t fully load so I cancelled the queue... Upon trying to re-install Fortnite, the 18GB installation stops at 65.6% every time. I have more than enough space for this download, i’m downloading at 100Mb/s (although
it does slow down when nearing 65.6%)

I have reset my xbox

Power Cycled

Gotten a refund from xbox and re-install

Cleared Persistent storage 6 times

I have no updates for my console

My router works fine, and I’ve tried downloading it from the modem

I have tried downloading other free games off of the xbox store with no problem

I need help resolving this issue and nobody on the chat support line has been able to solve this issue. There’s is a small green bar in the middle of the download bar (not sure if this is relevent or not) but it never passes it.

Games won’t load.

Hi, I need help with a few of my games not being able to load. I have two hardrives and left my Xbox on overnight to download a few games. In the morning I had a update on fortnite and after I downloaded it fortnite wouldn’t load. I had to delete fortnite
and reinstall it. Than later that day fifa 18 would not load saying “This game took to long to start.” Both them games are on different hardrives. I have a very slow download speed and these downloads will take very long to do. All the other games on those
hardrives run perfectly.

The Wolf Among Us episode 1 error

I just bought the season pass for the the wolf among us, but everytime i download the episode 1 it downloads the DEMO!!, i need help fixing it or a refund!

I have the exact same problem at the exact same point 65.6% with the same green bar on the download bar. Did you find any solutions?

A few more details would be helpful.

When does it freeze & how often? Is it always at the same point?

Is this only happening on that one game?

If it's just froze once while playing then this happens every so often with some games & it's just a case of quiting the game & restarting it.

If it's more than once then a power cycle might fix it as already mentioned or you may have to delete & re download the game.

Hello bud, try hard resetting your console like the people below suggested but if that doesn't work maybe try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.

Try hard resetting the console by holding the power button for a couple of seconds.
