The other responses are great, but if you still need assistance. Please try the following resources when you lose network connection when trying to launch a multiplayer match try this,

Run a Test Network Connection on the Xbox One. In reference to your gamertag, I would recommend to visit

Find your Microsoft Account Email Address.

That is very helpful, thanks. (And very nicely organized I might add, very clear to understand haha) Problem is though, I don't know how to switch a Gamertag to a different Microsoft account :/ Can you tell me how exactly I would go about getting
Gamertag A to Microsoft account Email 3?

All I need is to get Gamertag A, which is the only Gamertag I have, from
Microsoft Account A to Microsoft Account B so that the email address connected to my Gamertag works normal. I only have one Gamer tag that I need to go to a different Microsoft account Email

Hey, sorry I'm a little confused. So you do have access to your old gamertag now and you want to change the email address or you still want to try and find out the email to an old gamertag?

To change the email you will need to recover the gamertag onto your console and change it through there:

support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

If you still need to find the email associated with the gamertag the best thing to do is call Xbox phone support and see if they can help you. You will still need to prove you own the account through other details then the email address such as your other
billing information. Hope this helps.

You'll first need to contact support to find out the current MSA on your regular gamertag. Then you'll need to download THIS gamertag to your console, then you'll need to create an EXTRA Microsoft Account at signup.live.com, then you'll need to transfer
this gamertag to the EXTRA Microsoft Account using Settings -> Account -> Account Security -> Change Microsoft Account. Then you'll probably need to wait 30 days, then transfer your regular gamertag to the now free Microsoft Account using the same process.
