If you still can't find the Microsoft account (email) you will need to contact Xbox Support via
support.xbox.com/contact-us they will ask a few questions about the account and if you are able to answer them correctly they will give you the Microsoft account email, if you have
that, you should be able to reset the password if necessary via the steps mentioned on the first link

Sadly, if you can't provide the necessary information, it won't be possible to recover the account.

The process is done via a form, and you need to know at least which e-mail was it, without the form won't progress forward.

Try searching your e-mail accounts for anything related to Microsoft.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft account.

I'm afraid Microsoft Xbox does not have any tools to manage linked 3rd party accounts.

The only best option to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased is to sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.
