    Need Help Figuring Out Why I Cant Access Any New Content


    I joined the Xbox Insider months ago however I haven't been introduced to anything new, I have friends who've done the same steps as me and they are able to see the new addition of discord and the change to "my games and apps" along with the new dashboard. Please someone let me know what I'm doing wrong.

    I know that some games let you play if the game was downloaded using another account but on the same console. But I am not sure that all games allow this. It may be that the games you mentioned just don't allow it. I understand that is not much help, but
    it is a possibility.

    Okay. What you do is: Sign in to your old account, Go to Dasboard then settings. Click Account tab then License transfer. Press Y then hit continue with A. Hope this helps.
