Discus and support need help disputing bill in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I need to dispute a bill for xbox live for which i never signed up nor use and no idea how MS got the CC card being used...ii am frustrated and need...     I need to dispute a bill for xbox live for which i never signed up nor use and no idea how MS got the CC card being used...ii am frustrated and need fixed now or is it best to contact attorney generals office for fraud from Microsoft

    If it's on your own account (which you can check at http://account.microsoft.com, contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    If it's not, then it means someone else has access to your card and you would need to dispute it with your credit card company.

    My account was billed when I added my new credit card, and turned off auto-renewal, which doesnt end until the 6th of December....

    contact us     directly via chat or phone for help with that. They can also make sure your auto renewal is off if you need help with that. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

    Unexpected Charge.

    I appreciate you letting me know and no need for a screenshot, just a friendly reminder though that if it's not showing on your end or in any of your accounts you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the charge and have it investigated.

    Billing suspensions will NOT occur from a dispute with the bank. Verified.
