Need Help Copy c:\program files\windowsapps\ sod2's file to mobile disk, to end crazy ...

The reason I want to store to mobile disk --- because I feel desperate after buying the game for the installation's sake. :

After 6 hours of download, and I open the game, immediately crash to the desktop. Tried all posted solutions. Finally able to start the game normally. And I want to install this game to my another computer in my home, but I
am unable to download it AGAIN because my internet speed is only 400kb/s in my home.

So, I need to copy this game to my MOBILE DISK. So I can play it on any computer as long as I log in to microsoft account without another 36 hours of download time.

The reason we should be able to do it:

Good platforms like Steam and Origin are able to let players store their files to where players need files to be. Please Help.

What I have tried :

I've tried to alter the windowsapps and it's subordinate files's ownership and authority, so I can open some file. But, I still can't copy most of the State of Decay 2's file, even to my desktop. Such as .deploy file.... The message
says I need to ask for permission from myself. And also, I 've try using the "takeOwnership" software to change the ownership, still doesn't work.

State of Decay 2 team, I really need your help to "COPY" not "MOVE"this game to my mobile disk.

p.s., I need "COPY" because the disk writing and reading speed is not as fast as my PC disk to maintain the quality and experience of state of decay 2.
