Need help changing online safety settings for sea of thieves

It may mean that the console detects your account as a child account. Kindly check if there is an organizer account linked to your account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family. If there is none, ask an adult to add you as a member on the same link.

They will manage your privacy settings via https://account.xbox.com/settings.
