Need help changing my Xbox account name back because of an unauthorized change

My xbox gamertag had changed without my authentication and now I have to pay to change it back.

I would like to revert all the unauthorized changes to my account.

If the change is not on your billing tab chances are enforcement changed it for you because of reports

Im wanting my old gamertag back as my brother change it and it's a unauthorized change so I'm requesting my old gamertag back

If it was an unauthorized purchase the only people that can do anything IF your account is eligible would be xbox billing support who basically IF your account is eligible would give you a credit to your account so that you can change your gamertag back
to the old one.

I can tell you that your previous gamertag violated the code of conduct which is why you were issued a forced name change.

You will not get that gamertag back.If you want to change the tag you have now then you will have to pay,you will not get a free name change.To many forced name changes will result in your account being banned.

You authorized Microsoft to change your tag if it violates the CoC when you agreed to the terms & conditions when you started your account.
