Hello again.

I tried to pre-order game, but when I want to add payment method, it is already fixed to United States and cannot be changed, and that is a problem. I set in adress book that my preffered shipping and billing adress is in Germany, but it simply won't remember it for payment adress.

At this point, I feel like the best solution would be to use the
Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist. They'll be able to look at your account history and see if you've recently changed the email to your gamertag and why you're getting the 30 day wait.

There is a 30 day period between changing Microsoft Accounts on gamertags each time. You'll need to wait to switch the two.

But my second gamertag which i dont need at all and havent touched at all just disturbs me... and i want it to move from adress b (where later my important gamertag should be switched to) to adress c.

How can i delete a gamertag? can someone just explain me this? and where can i see how much days i have to wait but its paradox i havent moved any gamertag so i shouldnt wait for anything!
