    Need help changing my preview build


    Whenever I go into the Xbox insiders app and select Xbox update preview. Select manage, then Xbox Update Preview Delta, done, accept, and I get error message that says.

    Already registered! To make changes, sign in with the same account that signed up for this preview on this device.

    This is the same account I used to sign up in. So it doesn't make sense why I can't change it?

    Can anyone help? I would love to update from Omega to Delta.

    I'm in preview program .. got the new dashboard.. now my Fanatec wheel won't respond. Hard reset

    You need to post inquiries regarding the Preview program in the preview programs forums. That is the best place to get support on the Preview builds.

    Preview programme problem

    If you launch the Xbox Preview Dashboard App and select Registration does the console console status show as Pending or Enrolled?

    If your console status is Enrolled then your console is running the preview build and to submit feedback all you need to do is hold the Xbox button on the controller and use report a problem on the far right of this menu.

    If your status is pending then your console is waiting for preview build to be sent to it.

    If it shows as neither of these statuses then you need to opt into the preview program.

    Notes about the preview builds are released in the preview program dashboard and preview program forums. Sot he information is out there. The current preview includes changes to the store which is why licenses are only working for consoles on the preview
    program until the update is released publicly.

    To change your preview ring go intk the app then insider content. Scroll to the far right and click on build tab then click on the preview ring and it should appear as a drop down to change to delta or lower. Then reset. And to change back to alpha just
    repeat the process once fixes are in place.
