NEED HELP BF4 cant join any whiteout maps and certain dlc maps

<p>Started playing bf4 agian i can join any other map besides operation whiteout and that dlc map pearl market etc anyone can help me</p><p>please </p>

internet speed for awhilr and this game never did it before i used to play it all the time even the maps im having trouble gettin into

Hi there,

Have you re-installed the whole game already? When you uninstall the game it will ask if you want to uninstall everything, including DLC. Uninstall everything and then re-install everything one by one.

If that doesn't work then you will need to try soft factory resetting your Xbox. Make sure to select Keep my games and apps and have your account login information available since you will need to re-add it to the Xbox during set up. Here is a guide showing
how to select the reset option:

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, I want you to try reinstalling the DLC maps and try running the game afterwards. You can do so by heading over to your Games and Apps>Manage Game and Add-ons. Make sure to only delete the DLC that is not
