    Need help and xbox customer sevice wont let me talk to anyone they deem my issue no worthy...


    My console (xbox series x) isnt responding to my controller properly the sticks work the home menu button works but when i try to press a on something or b to back out no response ive done a full reset and nothing. This started mid game i couldnt pause the game or use any of the face buttons but the game still ran i could walk around and time still progressed but i couldnt

    Gamertag kiboshed after 4 long years of uncontroversial (and quite frankly appreciated) use

    your just gonna have to wait till you can talk to somebody when they are open on monday. but i am pretty sure that when a FNC is given there is nothing you can do but change it and move on. you can try to talk/chat with somebody but in the end for whatever
    reason your tag violates the code of conduct and that was why the PET deemed a FNC was needed, it stinks but that is the way it is, I wish you the best of luck. Me personally I see NOTHING wrong with your tag and is just as stumped as WHY it was deemed worthy
    of a FNC.

    How do i get support from an actual person??

    Why does it happen to me daily, even after resetting console, reinstalling games, everything possible. Yet my friends have no issues on the same games on their series x consoles?

    I would put a service request in but it wont let me add my console, and it wont let me speak to anyone at all who can help on customer service. I just wish i could speak to a human on the phone.

    Update: I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who was able to put me through to a Microsoft Specialist who has looked into my case and deemed it worthy of an escalation, as they lack accurate information regarding my case.
