Need help and no clue where to go to get it

I am playing MSN games free Jigsaw and not receiving any scores. Nothing that shows up searching for help is clear to me at all. My computer is Windows 10 and I play with either Mozilla or just Microsoft Edge, but there is no score.

No clue where to go from here

Okay, so I have a problem with my account and support isn't helpful, but it isn't their fault either. I have an account from a few years ago that I can no longer get into. It says that I need to log into my account to be able to use it. However, the account
information that is on it was created at a party way back and it was a friend (no idea who) and they put their information in it. Up until like 2012 when microsoft changed how their live system worked it was no problem, when they changed it is when it prompted
to sign in, with which I had no idea what the information could possibly be. I can sign into the profile offline, so I can still progress my account while offline, but I really want to get back into using the xbox, but it isn't worth it if I can't get back
into my account that I poured everything into for years. Support can't help because I am unable to verify the email or password to be able to reset the account. I wish I could just take a picture of the screen with my account logged in offline and send it
to them for verification instead because otherwise, I am completely locked out of options. So yeah, I have no idea what to do, but am open to suggestions if there are any helpful suggestion. Thanks.

Well two different accounts you have. To sort out which is what, suggest you speak with an Xbox LIVE agent who can view the details of the account. Choose Option 2 at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (unless you're not in the US/Canada, in which find your national number
from the first web link below).

introduced some bugs for Silver members.

The rest of your issues require clarification. Are you saying his Live ID is connecting to an account that is not his, or are you thinking his gamertag name was changed?

thank you Vibroplex your info was helpful after we went through all this and what you suggested .... just before we actually called support, his account went back to normal ... really confuses us ....
