    Need help analyzing my crash dump file!!


    I followed some instructions on another post for tips to help my pc stop freeze crashing while playing games, One microsoft employee said to download windbg and analyze the dump file. I alone cannot do that so im reaching out for help!

    To find these files, this is the path "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    I got my issue fixed by analyzing the dump file of crash.

    My issue is Advanced systemcare pro 15

    C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare\drivers\win10_amd64\AscFileFilter.sys

    I renamed this file from AscFileFilter.sys to AscFileFilter.sysa then restart my computer, now everything fixed with xbox app game installation

    no crash anymore
