    Hallo,

    I have been for example XBOX Ambassador since May 2019. At the beginning of September 2020, I received a permanent lock on XBOX Live from the XBOX Enforcement Team - without warning. I allegedly violated Microsoft's Code of Conduct.

    After I contacted the XBOX Enforement Team to check my lock wrongly issued by the Enforcement Team, I was released with the apology that I shouldn't have been locked.

    I'm very happy about it, I am unlocked for everything XBOX Live works to 100% , other than the XBOX Ambassador program. All my Badges are gone.


    I have already contacted the support, there was a lot of effort, but they couldn't help me. They said I should contact you XBOX Ambassador.


    The following problems cause the wrong enforcement still for me:


    - I can no longer be an active member XBOX Ambassador

    - The badge XBOX Ambassador has disappeared from my profile

    - The badge XCLOUD founding member has disappeared from my profile

    - The Gamepass app tells me I would be blocked (but works)

    Is hier a Community Manager, because I have been among other things excluded from the XBOX Ambassador program due to the incorrectly issued lock.

    I would be very happy to receive support

    You would need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    The Xcloud badge was never added to profiles so that is working correctly.

    delete your profile hard shutdown your console

    Reboot then redownload your profile
    Just tried this, didn't work unfortunately, thanks for the suggestion though.

    I have no idea, i've never heard of it but one of the advisers on the "contact us" section said i should query a ghost suspension on this forum. Personally i've never heard of it but i just followed the instructions.
    Its complete garbage on how difficult it is to get in contact with one of the staff members who took action towards an account that is yours. A case review might help but usually all you will get is a copy and paste reply from a notepad document which is
    lame.
