hi guys n gals really sorry to post this but i need advise i bought a xbox x i connected it to my lg 4k tv now my tv supports up to 120 hz but on my xbox x it only gives me the option to click on 24 hz and 4k and tht yellow 2.2 option
? but aloow 50 hz isnt highlighted but i check 4k details it says with a green chk my tv supports 50 across the board but theres a few items my tv wont do ? hmmm i should hv green chk all the way down the board i got my xbox x plugged into hdmi 1 which is
the high dynamic range slot which is deep color option i turned it on still wont allow 50 hz on my xbox so any advise on getting to be able to choose 50 hz i would love to see green chks all across my xbox list on my tv details i really wanna get the benefit
of my 4k tv please let me know wassup

Need help or advice

If this happens to you -- the problem was that I had arrived in a vehicle and had simply left it in the road. The arriving convoy was crashing into my vehicle before reaching the fuel truck. Seems like a silly flaw in the game. Anyway, I moved my vehicle
out of the way, planted the C4, and went up the water tower. Game progressed normally.

Need help or advice

I'm at the part where you plant the C4 on the fuel truck and then run and climb to the top of the water tower. I get to the top with time to spare but have no idea what to do once I'm up there. The mission fails again and again, apparently because the convoy
gets ambushed before it reaches my explosive. What the heck am I supposed to do up there? Who ambushed them?

Tuns out it was an HDMI setting on the TV was wrong. I had it set the way it was on the advice of the manufacturer, but it turns out their advice was wrong. Nice to know the manufacturer doesn't know their own kit. Big ups to the Xbox crownd for their
help.

I followed these steps very carefully to get it sorted, and tried switching the settings on my TV to see if it helped

Yep the guy in Currys who sold my mate the TV wouldn't have it at first. He went onto Xbox.com, said it's probably something to do with the settings and this was after my mate telling him he phoned Samsung direct and was told the model was not HDR10 capatible.
He got there in the end but it was a bit of messing about.

My advice to anyone going into somewhere like this. Whatever TV your after, Samsung, Sony, LG etc take the manufacturers Support number, give them a call, give model number and you will get better advice. Not saying Currys staff are stupid but they really
need to be better updated especially when handing over this sort of cash.

Go into your video settings on the tv and turn off anything that is a picture enhancer. Dynamic motions, noise reduction, picture smoothing..... All of that. I was using the exact same tv settings as my 360 as well but something about the xbox one required
different settings on the tv.

I don't know if this will work for you, but try restarting your TV through your TV Settings. I have an Xbox S console, and it just happened to me. I just restarted my TV through the Settings, and it is working for me now. I think the TV just needs a refresh to remember that something is plugged into it.
