Need help accessing my 3 month free game pass please

Hi all I bought my boys a Xbox s with a 3 month free game pass but we can't seem to figure out how to activate the 3 month game pass the code on the slip is 23 numbers and letters and the code needs 25 numbers and letter mix what can I do or how does this work been struggling for 2 weeks now

Thank you very much. Here's a link to their support site https://www.game.co.za/s/contact-us with information on how to contact them. I believe you'll need to redeem the code somewhere on their end prior to getting the Xbox one.

Thank you. When you say Game Store do you mean GameStop? If so then a code should have been emailed to you from them. Please double check your junk/spam folder. If you can't find it then you may need to contact them for more help. As their site doesn't seem to have a viable support link that I can find I'd recommend contacting the store you bought the console from

If they say it has to be via Xbox then you can set up a chat at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. When you get into a chat with a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate as only they will be able to help
