I have posted on XB forum, ARK discord, Ark reddit, XB Reddit and even Wildcard (they wont even reply I know). Lets hope someone can help us.

Okay, so after some more research, it looks as if this is a problem with ARK Survival Evolved in particular. Reports of this error just started happening two or so days ago, with most reports centering around the Explorer’s Edition of the game. My guess is that the publishers of the game accidently delisted a package that most users of the game rely on, therefore, you are unable to download the game as a result. This is either a Microsoft Store problem, or thr problem relies on Wildcard (the publishers of ARK). The most likely solution is that a solution will need to made available by either Microsoft of Wildcard. If possible, contact Xbox or Microsoft support, or contact ARK support using this link.

Edit: Their support site shows High volume of tickets. When I clicked it, that was posted yesterday, so they are probably informed of the issue and possibly developing a fix.
