Need funds refunded to my account

...In a nutshell, I'm missing £1.50 (2k) worth of Reward credit as

only £4.20 (5k) of £5.70 (7k) was successfully deposited back in August

and as in the images below show i haven't used my account until today so

i request either my last purchase be refunded and the the rest be

credited back to my account or just add the missing funds ASAP.

How to get your microsoft credit back on your banking account?

Once you redeem a prepaid gift card, there is no way to have the funds refunded back onto a bank account.

Purchasing same game twice

I purchased gta 5 since it was on sale. But it got purchased twice. I got an email when that happened that the funds were refunded but my bank account says otherwise. Xbox support please help.

If you're trying to get money out of your Microsoft account, that's not possible. Once funds have been added to an account, the only way to remove them is by making a purchase.

If you bought something with the funds and are trying to refund the purchase, you would need to submit a refund request. https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

Microsoft would not be able to refund you, or transfer funds to another account. You would need to contact Epic Games, and they may be able to help you.

Rewards deposits are shown on the billing site as a refund to your account, not taken away from your account. If your transactions do not show you using the funds, or it does show some funds being removed, you will need to contact Xbox support and speak
to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us The Rewards program does not have access to those funds once they have been deposited.
