    i’m trying to play need for speed ONLINE but when i try so it tells me that my es account is unable to go online, i’ve tried going online on fifa 22 and it worked without any problems. how do i fix this problem?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Then you need to contact EA support, since it's an EA account having issues

    I apologize for that, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

    Need for speed - Multiplayer [Problem]

    Hello. Sorry to tell you but there is no local multiplayer or co-op (splitscreen) in NFS: Most Wanted and several of the other NFS games. There is only competitive online Multiplayer for 2-8 players and you cannot be on the same Xbox 360.



    You can confirm this by reading the details on the back of the game case.
