Need for Speed Carbon DLC downloading problem

Hello!

I have problems with downloading paid/free stuff for this game. I can purchase the content, the costs were deducted from my balance, if it's paid content. The download starts, but then a message appears that the download couldn't finished.
There are no files on my storage device related to that game, neither finished nor unfinished.

The contents appears in my download list, i can restart the download, but the same thing happens again. When i try to add the content to my XBox360 direct over the xbox.com marketplace, a messeage appears, that i've found a glitch, so i think there might
by a problem in general, with downloading stuff for this game.

I don't have any problems with downloading DLCs of other games.

Would be nice, if someone look into it.

I decided to go back old school and try NFS Carbon I wanted to get some parts so I downloaded some dlc like tuner kit, spoiler kit, and 2 cars. It has been several hours I chatted with ambassador and we did clear cache download again system off profile delete
and still no help. What is the issue I paid money for them and got crap.

Hello,

i don't use my console while the download is in action, if you mean that. I don't get any error code on the xbox. The download starts, the progress bar stays at 0%, sometimes switches to 1% but then resets back to 0%, after a while (30 seconds or something),
a message appears, that the DLC couldn't downloaded.

When i want to add the content to my XBox from the xbox.com marketplace, the usual popup opens, but with the message: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

 

Ive noticed that on my iPad. But not with DLC. Are you using a computer to download the DLC?

 

Does all of your location info match up? Your physical location, your account location setting and your billing informaton?

 

Try contacting the official Xbox support, they help me. Just chose the options that fits the problem.

Yes, everything is set up correctly. I experience these kind of problems for the first time. The DLC is available on my marketplace, but the description isn't localized, it's in english.

No, i always buy the stuff directly on my box. But i tried to add the content to my box from the computer, because it didn't work this time.

I already did, the support agent gave me the hint to add my XBox to the DMZ. I did that, but it didn't help, and i got my money back.

Yes, but purchase and content usage should work fine.
