Need Fallout 3 code resent please!!!

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 on 15 SEP . I receieved my code for Fallout 3 via Xbox messages but at the time I didnt have a Xbox 360 do I didnt use the code. Now that I have one, I went to look for my code and its gone (i imagine messages are only good for 30
days

Fallout 3 missing copy code

My xbox one automatically deleted my messages that contained a copy code of the game fallout 3 that came to me for pre ordering fallout 4. I cant find any way to recover this code i need it resent to me please

 

I am having the same issue. I have had the code waiting in my inbox until it becomes available to download on Xbox One, and my code was deleted. I called support and the rep was very unhelpful and told me to come here to request support... It is pretty unfair
to take the code after 30 days when i can't even use it yet.... please help.

 

Same problem. I was told to post here 48 hours ago, and I am not seeing anything from the support staff.

Hey guys. It's good to know I'm not the only one. I was told by Microsoft customer support to post on here too. They specifically stated to create a new thread so the Staff here can know your problem. That is what I'm suggesting to you to ensure you are
taken care of. You can copy & paste exactly what posted. I don't mind.
