Need elaboration regarding the MCC Insider/flight program

So as of now and since forever, I've only ever got the Minecraft Beta as a thing within my insider app and nothing ever about Halo. So far many of my buddies who have barely logged any hours into Halo TMCC and the Insider app have already been participating
in this program... And bragging AND violating the MS confidential terms by showing me screenshots/pictures and videos via game recorders and phones...

I cannot get an answer from Waypoint as I was banned from there a while ago, nobody ever mentions anything regarding if forum status effects anything and after 3rd party discussions I've had with a few people, I think its safe to assume, regardless if you
fit the criteria, if you are banned from Waypoint I think you will NEVER be allowed into the preview program, even if you've logged the hours like myself and know some of the technical ins and outs of the game.

Unless this is confirmed otherwise (which no 343i official has mentioned- its most likely the case), its a real damn shame. I will never comprehend how a forum dictates your Xbox capabilities. I guess for anyone else in my position who wonders the same thing,
looks like old Halo veterans like us, who are also excited and willing to help, because of a forum, CANNOT take part in this. Real shame...

...Unless someone with this knowledge can assure us that we can be apart of our own community regardless of Waypoint forum status...?

And if anyone is curious, no I'm not one of those typical profanity using, player abusing gamers who was banned from Waypoint, no, no...
I was banned because:



I questioned moderator decisions after receiving temporary bans (as well as question why some of my friends and other people were banned) that made no sense

I was a harsh critic of 343i, arguing with fan boys who denied Halo TMCC was broken and that 343i had taken a step in the wrong direction -which is actually hilarious now as 343i have come out and admitted these things over the past few months!

In all honesty, being a critic of a company (who received more harsh criticism on Waypoint and abroad by many others) and simply saying 'its unfair that moderators do this and that'
shouldn't really be a justification for a permanent ban. I never abused any gamers or used profanities so really, those moderators, whether they like it or not, went way too far, and as far as I'm concerned, proved the theory of the many others
banned before me that they do abuse their power and pick and choose who they want to be around their site. The proof is in the pudding how some gamers were smart enough to take screenshots of when the moderators themselves come out and do troll posts attacking
or flaming other gamers themselves at their will. So the moderators themselves and those who HAVE used profanities are free to exercise their freedom of speech (sliding slightly outside the rules of Waypoint) whilst harsh critics like myself and simply posting
things like this, warrants basically the unjust Waypoint death penalty.

That's my story. Feel free to post your stupid Waypoint ban stories.

...If this was Waypoint, this post right here would most likely warrant a perma ban.
