Need direct assistance regarding an account suspension.

According to the Microsoft Virtual Agent, and 2 customer support reps, I have a communication suspension active until 3/1/2018. Yet, on my enforcement page on my account, there's nothing. Therefore, I can't even file a case review. Please contact me so we
can get this resolved.

looking for assistance regarding anot unfair suspension that cannot be resolved using your online system.

Phone/chat support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so can't help you & the enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can do anything.

Sounds like you received 100 day suspension due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

100 day suspensions do not show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

You will have to wait the suspension out.

Be aware that if you are thinking of using another account to avoid the suspension on your main account then don't as that is also against the code of conduct & can lead to a console privilege suspension.

If your account was suspended then they did in fact do a investigation. Any and all questions regarding bans/suspensions need to be directed here. The XBLPET are the
only ones with information regarding account acction leading to suspensions and bans.
