Need date my account was linked to social club to validate my rockstar account

As jet stated hopefully rockstar will get it figured out and loaded. Also keep in mind you did need to already have logged into rockstars social club and linked ur ps3 account and gotten on gta online on your ps3 after linking it and you will have needed
to link your Xbox account to the social club. But yeah assuming you followed the above then hopefully its just not pulling up cause of was a long time ago and they're supposed to get it fixed.

To link your accounts, you need to sign into both accounts and complete the linking process under the Social Club account Settings.

Sign into (or create) your Rockstar Games Social Club account at https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/

Navigate to the My Linked Accounts section of your Social Club account as follows:

Select the Social Club Account Icon in the top-right corner of the screen

Select Settings from the Social Club menu

Select the Linked Accounts from the tab navigation

Select Link Accounts for the displayed Xbox network Gamertag

This will prompt you to sign into your Xbox network account:

Enter the email address associated with your Xbox network account

Enter your Xbox network password

Provide your verification code (if enabled) for your Xbox network account

Click Sign In

Once you are signed into both accounts, the name of the Xbox network account will be displayed along with the option to configure your Xbox network visibility on Rockstar websites, games, and apps.

Verify that this is the Xbox network account you wish to link to your Social Club account, and select Continue

If you are referring to GTA Online, try logging in to the Rockstar Social Club: Sign In - Rockstar Games Social Club and check what Xbox account is linked.
