    I can't send messages or talk on Xbox 1

    my ban expired 2 weeks ago but yet I still can not use communications I have posted asking for support 4 times without any help I need this fixed

    Hey, sorry for the frustrations. Did you previously receive a communications ban? This is currently a known issue effecting some users following a communications ban. The proper teams are working to get it fixed. In the meantime here is a

    Communications bans are not needed

    What do you mean "age appropriate" ?

    Age ratings on games have nothing to do with the online side.Something every game tells you.

    Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.It's exactly the same on PSN.

    If someone can't control their anger then maybe they have other issues.

    If you have received a ban you can review it on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    It is advised to not reply back, all you should have done is report and block.

    Do you believe Xbox\Microsoft care about their customers?

    I am not in a ban. My point is public chat is one thing but to take someone's ability to communicate with thier own friends is hurting the community and infringes on freedom of speech. They need to actually investigate these bans before enforcing these
    bans. So no if Xbox cared they would invest more into fixing these issues. How you going to charge somone money to talk online then ban them without compensation. If xbox cared they wouldn't rob thier customers. Y
