NEED CODE FOR ALAN WAKE - PURCHASED QUANTUM BREAK IN APRIL NEVER REDEEMED CODE

When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

Thanks for posting! When did you redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Qyuantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately we'll be unable to assist further.

Also, the code for Alan Wake is located in the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle packaging. I recommend checking that out to find that code.

Starting on April 5, 2016, a further set of codes will be sent out for you to redeem on your Xbox. These will entitle you to the following additional Xbox 360 Backward Compatibility content:

• Alan Wake (base game)
• Alan Wake “The Writer” content
• Alan Wake “The Signal” content

These codes will also be sent out in waves, and are also available to anyone who purchases Quantum Break between April 5, 2016, and July 7, 2016. If you pre-ordered Quantum Break, you should receive your codes within a couple of weeks of game launch.

The messages you receive will contain three codes in total, and you’ll need to redeem all three on your console to start downloading the game and content.

I've redeem the code in the xbox store the 15TH of April,you have written that the codes for Alan Wake,Alan Wake American Nightmere and Quantum Break for windows 10 are free if you buy the game since the 5th of April until the the 7th o July,instead i haven't
