Need assistance with unlinking Microsoft account from PlayStation Network account in Minecraft.

I accidentally linked my Microsoft accounts to the wrong PlayStation Network accounts while playing Minecraft on my PlayStation 5. Despite my attempts to unlink the accounts, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I have followed various methods, including using the "Unlink your Microsoft Account" option, but it only signs me out of Minecraft without unlinking the accounts. Whenever I try to sign in with a different Microsoft account, I receive the error message: "Oops! Looks like your account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account, Damascus004. [link to aka.ms/mcpsnhelp]". I have spent hours searching for a solution through Xbox/Minecraft support resources, forums, and videos, but have not found a resolution. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I’m afraid to say, but I must inform you that once you link accounts in Minecraft for PlayStation, it is not possible to unlink them.

You can unlink the psn account however you CANT link a different one.

Note: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

You can only link one PSN account to one Minecraft account, you won't be able to link another Microsoft account to your PSN account.

Please try these steps.

If the error in Minecraft on PlayStation indicates that there is a connected account and you do not remember the information, it means that the account is linked to your PlayStation Network account. To solve this, you need to unlink the Microsoft account from the game and then try to link it again.

How to unlink and relink:

1. Unlink:

Access the Minecraft settings menu on PlayStation.

Look for the option "Unlink Microsoft account" or something similar.

Follow the instructions to remove the linked account.

2. Relink:

When trying to log in to Minecraft, select the option "Sign in with Microsoft account".

Access the code redemption website on your computer or smartphone.

Enter the code that the game is displaying and log in with the Microsoft account you want to link.

If you cannot remember the email address of the Microsoft account:

Check if there is any account information saved in your browser or device.

If you can't find it, try using Microsoft's account recovery service (if the account was used for your PlayStation account, the email address must be registered
