Need assistance! I have 10,000 points from MyVIP that hasn't been deposited!

I need help because I know Xbox Rewards is ending. And there was/is 10k points waiting for the deposit date. But now I can't access Xbox Rewards! Which means I might not get my 10 dollars.

Rewards Credits from MyVIP Vault - Help?

I recently redeemed 750 MyVIP Gems in exchange for 10,000 and 5,000 rewards credits respectively.

With that being said, it has now been longer than the stated time period of 96 hours and MyStatement does not showing any pending or deposited credits into my balance from the MyVIP Gem redemption(s) for either of the 10,000 or 5,000 rewards credits.

Any chance someone could help out with this?

I had a correction to my February MyVIP rewards, but it didn't get deposited

I had an adjustment of 9,000 additional points to my February MyVIP rewards, but it didn't get deposited with the rest of my February MyVIP rewards since my initial February MyVIP rewards deposited early. The points are currently pending deposit. I'd like
to request the additional rebate be deposited as soon as possible considering they should have been deposited by now but weren't.

Thanks, I didn't know that. I thought it was all shut down. So they will automatically deposit it before the transformation into Microsoft Rewards?

Ok. But it's the 16th, the 10k points was in there last month when I redeemed the Gems on MyVIP, isn't it supposed to be deposited into my account on the 15th not the end of the month?

We responded to the previous post that Smwutches references. As pointed out in that post, there are only two ways to get Rewards Credits: from the offers listed on the MyMissions page, or from MyVIP payback for non-offer purchases. However, MyVIP payback
only kicks in once you have at least one MyVIP star. In order to gain MyVIP stars, you must make eligible purchases to increase your MyVIP progress. Once your total eligible spending reaches certain points, you gain stars. For example, for the Great Britain
region, the first star is gained at 200 GBP.

As we mentioned in the last post, we see that your payback for December has now been calculated and is currently pending in your account. Since we only do deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits, they have not been deposited. Once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits, you can request a deposit on the next available deposit date from the MyRewards page.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled
for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

I have over 10,000 waiting, 5,000 of that has been processing since around the 23rd of Feb so I'm not sure why that hasn't been converted yet.
