I recommend that you try the solutions below, please.

Uninstall Antivirus.

Antivirus can in some cases block updates as it does not recognize the update as a reliable program, hence the need to remove it.

well when i was reading other posts i was advised trying to down load through the store website and not the app.

i have done this and downloaded this to my mechanical back up drive not my nvme games drive.

i cant remember the error message. it displayed under it (to get help with this) link i pressed that.

but i now have 3 folders for games on 3 different drives. because when it did respond so i could install it low mem message

was displayed in the option to store the file.

so i think this might create a problem later.
