Helle I am a french players of the mobile game age of empires castle siege . I have 16 years and i played the game since september 2014. I am ban of the game because i do harrasment on a team but i am so sorry and i dont think a definitly ban is fair ...
My game ID is and i am age IX with all my wall maxed and i already reach the 6th place in the top world with 3679 crowns . Pls admin cancel my ban ! I promise you i will never make harressmemt or bad things in a team Just need a second chance

Dependent upon what "email has been deleted" means will help me point you in the right direction... The email address that you use to login to the acct on xbox.com is the email linked to the gamertag. If say for instance this was a school acct i.e. and you're
no longer a student the email still exists w/in the @live.com domain. You should still be able to login to xbox.com

My son has a gamertag that is linked to a comm college acct that I haven't used in years but I can still use that email address to access his acct via xbox.com

See if you can login to xbox.com this way

Cannot reset my sons password on family plan because old email has been deleted. Need help now. have talked to support several times now and no one can help me. now posting here cause that is what they told me to do... this is ridiculous,,,,

 

If you want faster help I would recommend you try and phone/ live chat with a employee with microsoft who will point you in the right direction.
