Serious Problem with Dragonborn -- Black Book "Sallow Regent"

After completing this task and returning to Solstheim, the Sallow Regent sound effects (endless crackling, static noise) won't turn off. I figured it was a glitch, so I went to a previous save and replayed the Black Book Sallow Regent task. Returned to
Solstheim, still have the noise. Tried sleeping, fast travel, checking for active effects, etc., can't get rid of the noise. Frankly, it ruins the whole ambiance of the game. I'll have to restart from that previous save and skip this Black Book task, maybe
do it last. Has anyone else run into this problem? Sallow Regent was my 3rd black book, don't know if sequence matters.

I got a crafting guild I and a few others freely use bank. I have no interest in alchemy anymore but I have several characters I go scavenging with and then just drop all in bank. Welcome to join if you want. Tell me location of items and ill get them while
hunting for wood n ore etc... us server guild is for craters to share so donate/take at will just msg me if interested.

Hi Regent,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question with the language for a game. The language goes off the language and location set on the Xbox console. Make sure this is set to Italian. Also the language needs to be supported by the game in order
to work also. Which it does support Italian.

You need to try Alchemy. Alchemy, you can make potions that will really help you when you start fighting the harder characters.

Hopefully it isn't another alchemy. Alchemy was the most unsatisfying craft in Oblivion. And in that sense, hopefully Skyrim alchemy isn't another Oblivion alchemy. The making your own money prospect sounds good in moderation though.
