Need a way to contact rewards support

A Microsoft support member had a lengthy email conversation with me, regarding points that were not accounted for or received. after digital purchases, my consecutive XBL membership and xbox purchase cards, its all in my account history. The Microsoft team

Since that is a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards program offer, you need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer service. The only way to contact them is by emailing them through their redemption page. If you've been talking to phone or
chat support, you have not been talking to Microsoft Rewards customer support.

 

Old Username Cancellation

Once you haven't signed into the account for 5 years, the gamertag will be released. There's no way for you to delete it from the servers. If you're trying to cancel a subscription or something on the account, you would need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox

To opt the account out of the rewards program, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so Rewards support can remove the account.

 

Hi buffallobob. Support is only available via the forum. We do not see eligible purchases made with the account associated with this Gamertag. Is this regarding a different account?
