Need a way to appeal denied refund

If you have already searched for the email, even in the spam/junk folder, and it's been more than 24 hours since your refund was denied, I recommend reapplying for the refund using this other link:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information. When you receive the email, respond to it explaining the reasons why they should reconsider their decision, as it's the only way to get back in touch with the team that initially handled your refund request.

There is no way they will be able to swap it out. You would need to do the refund request form posted earlier. If denied then follow up with the email stating it was denied to appeal the decision.

I would advise you to reply to the denied refund email, and include all these information as a way to appeal the decision!

In the original post you stated that you got confirmation of the refund. The only way to appeal the refund is to reply to the email sent that said it was denied. This will go to the agent that denied the refund. There are many factors when determining a
refund. Biggest one is if you had refunds recently.

Unfortunately, there are no other options to appeal or request a refund to the Xbox refund web form.
