    Hey there, Pit! Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any tokens with new tokens. When it comes to tokens you receive in a game for DLC, you will need to reach out to the retailer you purchased it from.

    If the code redeemed successfully but it does not download at all, that is a completely different issue, and a new code would not fix that issue. Any issues with in game items would need to be posted over on the

    It is possible for a token to be expired. This is often when the tokens are promotional or from a prior fiscal year. Xbox Support is unable to replace any token which is expired and you would want to contact the retailer for any possible recompense.
