need a refund on few items

hi i was wondering why there isn't email or text confirmations on a purchase's because my child has spent a large amount on my xbox and don't know if they do refunds ???? can someone please help me where to go about this!!!!!!!!! ONE VERY PISSED OFF MOTHER

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

Who was it that told you you would receive a refund because an item was removed from the marketplace? Xbox does not offer refunds for this. It would not be a good policy to do so. I know that there are a few items that I've purchased in the past that
is no longer available on the marketplace.

Imagine if they refunded everyone in the world simply because the item is not available any longer.

You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

You need to respond to the email address that sent you the response as no one in the forums can assist with any refund items. Not all items/requests will qualify for a refund.

You would need to log in to your sons account on xbox.com/refund, find the item he was charged for and request the refund from there.
