    Need a refund after refund availability is over with for the year.


    Today I bought the game STEEP on accident when my controller wasn’t working correctly, it purchased the game while I was trying to review the ratings, I tried to refund it but my refunds for the year were done with, I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m super stressed and I need my money back, 30$ is a lot for a man like me.

    Getting a message claiming I refunded Sea of Thieves and it has been removed from my account and I did not refund it.

    Well as you can see, that was in 2020 and it was refunded 3 months after the initial purchase. Not only did I buy the game separately from the game pass over a year before, but I have also been accessing the game for close to 3 years after it was refunded.

    No. You would only be refunded for 1 year if you bought a 1 year subscription and are refunding that. (there is not currently a 1 year subscription available for Game Pass Ultimate)

    Hi I didn’t get any email after my refund was denied. My purchase is available for refund but it’s not letting me because I tried refunding stuff that’s not eligible.

    If you've not already had a refund given to you in over a year. It's likely that you'll be able to get a refund. It's not a guarantee though. Best bet is to just fill out the refund request and wait for a response to the request.

    Best of luck on getting that refund.
