    Need a refund after 14 days


    Was recently playing a game and had no idea there was a purchase done on my account, only found out about it once I realized dlc required items were available to me, problem is its been over 14 days and not sure how to use the contact support since it keeps directing me to the refund page which i cant use since its been 14 days.

    Refunds have certain requirements before you will be able to request a refund.

    Need to be requested in the first 14 days after purchase and have not played more than 2 hours.

    Ok, if your purchase that you want to refund has been purchased after 14 days, then yoy cant refund it, Microsoft only refunds you if the purchase has been made under 14 days i hope this helps you
