    on may 16, 2017 I bought a resident evil bundle that included the new resident evil movie as well but I never received a code for the movie and Xbox customer support told me to post here

    hello. I make a preorder of tekken 7. U promise to sent a code of tekken 6 on my email in 7-10 days. Today it's 11 day,but I don't have my code of tekken 6. yet.

    All promotions have certain requirements that need to be met, One of them is you have to have no previous history of Xbox or No Xbox Live from a certain date. If you didn't get the code that means you weren't eligible for the promotion.
