    Xbox live 3 subscription

All promotions have certain requirements that need to be met, One of them is you have to have no previous history of Xbox or No Xbox Live from a certain date. If you didn't get the code that means you weren't eligible for the promotion.

    Taco bell reward help please

Yeah, they haven't handled this promotion well. I went to a taco bell to get in on it, and didn't even get a code.
