    Need a little help with offline system update


    Hi, i'm new here... yesterday my xbox one (6 years old) was automaticaly shutting down after i turned it on about one minute, and it kept doing the same thing. I thought that reseting to factory default could solve the problem, but when it reaches about 72% it crashes and show me the E200 000000EF 00000000 error. Every time i turn the xbox on, happens the same thing. So i tried downloading the OSU file, you may know what happened... error E101 because i'm on the insiders program. My build is the "19041.4227.amd64fre.vb_release_xbox_dev_2010.200912-0000".

    Do you guys have any idea of when this build could be released to public so i can download the OSU file? Thanks in advance and sorry for my english.

    What happens when you try to launch the Offline System Update? Are you getting any type of error code, the system just doesn't boot in to it, etc.? We need to have a little more information before we can attempt to help you :)

    Hopefully the offline update will work for you, the "update your console" bit does, if I remember right, does that if it doesn't find an update.

    sometimes I think updates can install a little bit wrong, on pretty much anything no just xbox
